Food on the streets might be plentiful in London, Manchester & Glasgow - but it’s often sandwiches and burgers. I put on 5kg of fat in 60 days sleeping rough...

Fast forward two months and I’ve eaten relatively well: lots of veggies and quality meat (occasional pint during the Guinness Six Nations 😬🍻), heavy weights and long runs and I’m stronger than before I started (although still not as lean as before).

Most importantly my energy is back and I feel much more robust and positive. Onwards... 👊🏻🥗🥦🥩

For those on the streets long term poor nutrition is not helping with mental health problems at all.
